ZeniBot, a French-speaking Discord bot

ZeniBot welcomes your new members, says goodbye to those who leave and lets you play Road of Legends on your server. Everything is set up with one command, /config. The bot speaks French.

What it does

Welcome message
Sent to the channel of your choice whenever someone joins. Your text can mention the member, their nickname and the server name.
Goodbye message
Sent when a member leaves the server, with its own channel and its own text.
Settings with /config
A single menu, for admins only: channels, texts with a preview, and commands turned on or off, server by server.
Road of Legends
The full game, with the /rol command: draws, collection, training, formations, shop. The save is the same as on the game’s website.
Info commands
A member’s profile, server information, full-size avatar.
Moderation and logscoming soon
Warnings, server logs and automatic voice channels are in the works.

Getting started

  1. Add ZeniBot. You need the “Manage Server” permission on the target server.
  2. Run /config. Pick the welcome channel and the commands to keep.
  3. Offer /rol to your members. If they wish, they link their Discord account to play.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add ZeniBot to my server?

Click “Add to Discord”, pick your server and confirm. You need the “Manage Server” permission on that server, as for any Discord bot.

Is ZeniBot free?

Yes, completely.

Which permissions does it ask for?

Only what its commands need: view channels, send messages (threads included), embed links and images, read message history and use external emojis. It never asks for administrator rights.

Can some commands be turned off?

Yes. Server administrators set everything with /config: turn the Road of Legends game on or off, choose the channel and text of welcome and goodbye messages.

Does ZeniBot do moderation?

Not yet. Moderation, logging and automatic voice channel modules are planned and will be announced when they are released.
